Lesson 2: Defining Intent

You CAN do just about anything, but you CANNOT do everything.

When Alice in Alice in Wonderland meets the Cheshire Cat and asks for directions, he replies that the answer depends on where you want to go.

She admits she does not know where, and his response is that if that is true, it hardly matters the direction she should go.

Intent sets your direction without fully defining the routes you should take, or what the final destination looks like. So, when confronted with the Cheshire Cat’s question, Where do you want to go?, you will have a clear answer.
